Flyhigh yoga for kids allow your kids to practice muscle strength and flexibility through asana, also training focus and concentration to calm the mind, while practicing on the belt. Having fun being upside down!

Bali Private Yoga Class

Personalized your yoga practice with our amazing Bali yoga teacher. The private yoga class can be done at your home or villa, or you can also come to our shala at Yoga Umah Shakti.

At our shala, the private yoga classes will be performed at our tranquil open area wooden house. The schedule for private yoga classes at our shala is on Monday to Sunday anytime during 10.30 AM – 17.00 PM. Price for private classes at our shala starts from 250.000 per person, deepen on the material of practice. We also provide private wellness consultation, private breathing practices, chakra healing and injuries refinement.

If you are away from Sanur, our teachers would be happy to travel to your beautiful home as well. Prices are deepen on how far your place from our shala. Prices based on the area are below:

IDR 450.000, max 2 persons for Sanur and Denpasar area.

IDR 600.000, max 2 persons for Kuta and Seminyak area.

IDR 750.000, max 2 persons for Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and Canggu area.

All prices are not including yoga mat. More than 2 persons, additional IDR 100.000/ per person. Rent yoga mat IDR 25.000/ mat.

There are many types of asana practice we can learn during this session, some of these asana practice as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Beginner Yoga and Yin Yoga. Especially for Prenatal yoga, prices are based on location and how many personin the group. Please ask us for assistance.

Special: Celebrating International Yoga Day at Beachwalk Kuta

The highest honor and greatest thank you for Beachwalk Team who has given us the opportunity to held a special session of yoga asana at the beautiful Fountain Stage of Beachwalk Shopping Center on 21 June 2017.

In this training, we will learn: 12 meridien line, Trigger Point case studies, Qi Gong basic, Yin poses clinic, Role play, Smart sequencing, Teaching & communication skill and Financial management.

Dionisius Henry is a Trigger Point therapist. He has completed 500 hr One Song Yoga by Denise ayne, 100 hr Yin TTC by Sebastian Pucelle, 50 hr Yin Mindfulness by Chris Su, Sparsa TTC by Fank Andreas.

Arm balance can be one of the most challenging asana (postures) for beginners. The most common challenge of performing arm balance for beginner yogis are their fear and doubt about themselves. With the right warming-up poses, the arm balance poses may become easy to perform.

A Celebration of Life: 1st Anniversary

Time flies is real. Or may be time is actually not exist anyway. One years has passed easily. Each moments has filled with new opportunity and new chances. New days each morning full of motivation and curiosity to learn about something new, to have a better understanding about living the life of being a human.

Our 1st anniversary was held on 28 May 2017. Series of special events along this celebration is collected on a theme of “A Celebration of Life: 1st Anniversary” was started with kirtan with our beloved Ananda Marga family. Huge thank you for Dada Vibhakarananda who led the ceremony, and all Ananda Marga family that has share your time and experience with us at our home.

The next day, practice continue with Healing Breath open class, another profound session for both participants and facilitator. Our new Healing Breath program of Facilitator Training will be start soon, come see more details on http://www.healingbreathbali.com

And finally on the celebration day, was held one full day of asana practice. Starting in the morning with power yoga, continue with anti-gravity yoga, and flyhigh yoga for kids, yin yoga for elderly and closed with Thai yoga massage class in the evening. The hype of bazaar with beautiful souvenir, and merchandises, vegetarian food and special Korean dishes and Balinese dishes for option.

We wish this memories may be able to stay within our heart, bounding us together to arise and face our long-live future with happiness and peace in our heart.

The essence of asana practice is placed in the center of your heart, through your intention to achieve the goal of understanding the nature of the physical part you.

Core of the asana practice is in your focus to your intention. Your desire to have a better understanding about yourself through each movement of your physical body. Through each of the connection you make within yourself. The desire to take care of this physical ship of us, our temple body. As the circulation circle through each movement of asana, purification happens within each process. The purification for both mental and physical state, to lead us back to the track of being a human.
