About 50 Hr Aerial / Anti Gravity Yoga Immersion

Aerial yoga has become one of the most popular most wanted yoga style. Not only fun, but aerial yoga also give so much benefits for physical body and mental improvements. This anti gravity yoga can be one of you most favorite thing to do.

Aerial yoga, also known as anti gravity yoga can efficiently strengthen muscle to provide greater range of motion on the joints, also help to release tension throughout body circulation. Thus, within this yoga teacher training, we learn to be relax as well as calming the thought and mind become clear.

Why anti gravity yoga can help on mental improvement? It is because we use hammock to practice the yoga asana. With the hammock, we are not only learning basic position but also we will learn to hang upside down. All inversion poses will be performed safely and comfortably on the hammock. And while inversion (the heart is lower than the brain), our mental state are in a very different reality. In this case, we must learn to relax ourselves during the process. This relaxation will not bring benefit for the body, but also for the mind and give direct effect to the mental conditions.

• Daily asana practice

• Aerial asana clinic: standing postures

• Aerial asana clinic: hips and chest opening

• Aerial asana clinic: partner and therapeutic asana

• Aerial asana clinic: restorative

• Practice meditation

• Practice Healing Breath and trauma release
