We are here to get to know about ourselves closer through the physical practice of asana (postures).
First rule is to respect ourselves and to listen to our body during the practice. Some other general things
we might want you to pay attention as below:
- Clean yourself and wash your foot before entering the yoga shala.
- We have limited space at the yoga shala, thus all phones and bags must be saved at the locker.
- All participants must take responsibility of the tranquility of the yoga shala area.
- Food are not allowed at the yoga shala.
- Water must be contained at the water bottle, not in a glass.
- If you do not want to be adjusted during classes, please inform the teacher before class.
- If you are pregnant or having recent injuries please ask advise from the teacher before class.
- If you are sick better have rest at home.
- Kids (minimum 8 years old) are allowed to join the adult class session on regular schedule.
- Kids who are not joining the yoga session must wait at the registration area. They are not allowed to wait at the yoga shala area.
- Baby sitter is available for kids (3 months up to 2 years) with additional charge IDR 100.000 per session, please inform us on your reservation for baby-sitting.
- Please help us to maintain the tranquility of the space while practicing.
- Please wear appropriate clothes that covers your private area while practicing.
- Please help to maintain the cleanliness of the shala.
- Do not speak of negative thoughts around, we would love to keep clean energy in the shala.
- Do not smoke around the shala, you can smoke at our Kantin.
- Do not bring any pet to the shala.
In our shala, we have 3 types of packages entry with the conditions as below:
- 1x single class cost IDR 75.000 per person for tourist and non-KITAS. This entry is being used to join ONE (1) all regular yoga classes (beginner, hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, power, yin); except for Anti-gravity and prenatal class. Anti-gravity and prenatal class cost IDR 125.000 for single entry and reservation is required.
- 4x entry package which valid for 1 month cost IDR 250.000 for tourist and non-KITAS. When you buy this package, you will get a member card. Each time you join the class, you need to give your sign on the card and leave the card on the admin desk for you next return. If you enter regular class, you may give 1 sign, however if you join Anti-gravity and prenatal class you need to give 2 signs on your member card.
- 8x entry package which valid for 2 months cost IDR 450.000 for tourist and non-KITAS. When you buy this package, you will get a member card. Each time you join the class, you need to give your sign on the card and leave the card on the admin desk for you next return. If you enter regular class, you may give 1 sign, however if you join Anti-gravity and prenatal class you need to give 2 signs on your member card.
- Unlimited package cost IDR 1.500.000 valid for 1 month. When you buy this packaged, you may come to all classes as many as you want within the month when you buy the package.
- Special price for locals and KITAS holders.
- The package you have bought cannot be return in cash money.
- One member card ONLY being used for 1 person.
