Asana yoga practice is not only a practice for you as a physical being. It is mostly also training for you as a mental being. The more profound question when starting this practice is a question about “are you ready to commit yourself for your own well-being?”
Most of the time we ask ourselves “what is love?” Do you now what love is?
Love, truly is very very very quiet.
The true knowledge (about love) arise when you give it (first) to yourself. Love, is not about someone else. Love is all about you (you, you and yourself). In order to know this, you must give love to yourself.
It is written in yoga sutra that we start our practice in yoga because we want something in ourselves to change. We believe that yoga can give us the true path to that changes we expected to have. One of the path to change our life and change our karmic circle.

The highest honor and greatest thank you for Beachwalk Team who has given us the opportunity to held a special session of yoga asana at the beautiful Fountain Stage of Beachwalk Shopping Center on 21 June 2017.
There were more than 20 yogis participating on the asana session. Talkshow was fun with many conversation about body and mind, how to re-balance and get to the core of the nature understanding.
