The study of yoga is not limited to the knowledge about the physical part of our body. The exploration of yoga embrace all side and perspective of life. This include the core basic questions of “Where do we come from?” and “What is the source of all creation?” ~ This basic questions exist from the nature of our mind. And how deep we understand this concept reveal to how we behave and carry out our daily life, starting from how we treat ourselves and our relationship with other human.

For many years, in our society, what remain important transcend into a scattered-faded-view. We do not know anymore what is important in life. Thus, many of us trapped in the situation of conflicted-ego. What we feel is different from what we do. Or in another word, what is in our heart is different from what is in our head. And we are struggling and fighting all the time inside us, without even knowing what is actually going on.

How can yoga help in this ‘egoistic’ phenomena? Yoga offer many ways to approach this topic. One of them is approaching with practice that intertwine with all aspect of life including physical, mental and spiritual part of ourselves. It means that we cannot only practice physical part of yoga and ignore the mental or emotional part and spiritual part of yoga. Every corner of this part give a valuable wisdom that we must draw to our understanding and prolong our ability to survive.

Within this 3 day Escape and Rejuvenate Body, Mind and Spirit we will experience the exploration of yoga practice of physical level. Exploring crucial parts of our bodies within asana practice and deepen our knowledge in asana workshops. We will also practice insight meditation to elevate focus and concentration of our mind, so we may be able to see clearly of our reality. And last but not least, we will practice the ultimate beauty of Balinese spirituality. Experience the process of making offering to represent the intention of our mind and our heart, and also experience self-purification with Balinese priest.

This retreat will bring your practice to the next level of understanding. You will be cleansed, not only on your physical part, but also in your heart and your mind. By connecting with ourselves again, we are connecting with the reality of the cosmic energy. This way we will know the way of our life that we must take, the nature of our being.

Note:

The practice of yoga takes part in all aspect of our life, including our physical reality, mental reality (our mind) and spiritual reality (our soul). This 3 days journey can provide a great opportunity to experience the reality in your body, in your mind and your spirit.

This retreat is open for all level yogis. If you are new to yoga, this is a great start for you to learn yoga and spirituality from the core basic experiences. And for you who has learned a lot about the physical part of yoga, this is a great opening for you to widen your view from spirituality side of yoga practice on the land of gods, Bali. This retreat is all about connecting back to yourself, to our emotion and feelings, and learn to connect to others with kindness and compassion.
