In Vinyasa Class the practice coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Breathing comes in slow and deep breath within each of the movements. In this workshop, we give tips and trick on how to engage the breathing and poses, benefits of the poses, break down on technique and the use of the muscle on each poses. This workshop practice focuses on Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B, strengthening muscle and combining breathing and movements.

Breakdown asanas: (1) Tadasana (2) Uthanasana (3) Ardha-Uthanasana (4) Plank Pose + Ashtanga Namaskar (5) Plank Pose + Chaturanga Dandasana (6) Adhomukha Svanasana (7) Virabhadrasana (8) Closing

We will also breakdown some other variation pose: (1) Trikonasana, (2) Parsvakonasana (3) Padha Hasta Padangusthasana


13.00 – 13.30  : Introduction

13.30 – 14.00  : Asana Theory and discussion

14.00 – 15.30  : Break down asana and demo

15.30 – 16.00  : Asana Practice and Closing
