Life is not about being rich, being religious, being highly educated, being popular, or being perfect.. It is about being real, being humble and being kind.

We are all still practicing the essence of dharma and the progress continues. Our newest program in April 2017, welcoming our teacher who will practice Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, the practice incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting mantras.
