The special class for Qi Gong & Yin Yoga is perfect for elderly and public to start a slow pace movements in yoga asana practice. Qi Gong combines slow deep breathing and slow pace movements to practice focus and concentration, while strengthening and toning the muscle. Yin Yoga asana practice aim for deep stretch and fascia unwinding for a deeper opening, holding the pose for about 3-5 minutes. It is a perfect combination for a start!

07.00 – 07.30  : Qi Gong Brocade sequence practice

07.30 – 08.30  : Yin Yoga practice

08.30 – 09.00  : Snack and Nourishment
